Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for my stay at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort given its reputation, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. While the location is beautiful and the golf course is impressive, the hotel's overall condition and the quality of the service just didn't meet expectations. The rooms seemed outdated, and we faced several issues during our visit, including delayed check-ins and limited dining options. It simply didn't feel worth the price we paid.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel during my stay. The golf course was outstanding and the staff at the pro shop were exceptional, making for a fantastic golfing experience. However, the hotel itself felt a bit run down and lacked cleanliness, which contributed to some disappointment. Additionally, the dining service was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times for service and subpar food quality.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The amenities and services were commendable, especially the willingness to help with mobility issues, and they went above and beyond by shipping a charity item home for free. However, the daily check-in and check-out due to a flawed billing system really dampened my stay.
Unfortunately, my recent stay at the hotel was disappointing, especially given my previous positive experiences. While the room was overall clean and spacious, I encountered several maintenance issues that significantly impacted my comfort. The location was nice, but the service left much to be desired as I felt ignored on several occasions during my stay. It seems the staff got overwhelmed, especially with the ongoing events at the hotel.
The hotel has a beautiful golf course that enhances its appeal, but there were quite a few downsides during my stay. The room was unfortunately subpar, and I faced issues with both service and amenities. However, the dining at Brock's was a highlight, and the pool area was enjoyable despite some discomfort. Overall, it felt more like a place that needs some serious TLC.
